Drive construction success as a Project Manager for the City of Hamilton's Facilities Design & Construction. Lead various projects to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.

In this role, you will report to the Senior Project Manager and oversee project delivery from start to finish. Your expertise in construction project management for municipal or institutional buildings will be essential. Collaborating with architects and engineers, you will coordinate design reviews, budget estimates, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate design and construction activities for municipal facilities
• Research and manage RFP and contract processes
• Conduct site visits and prepare field reports




• Provide construction supervision and ensure compliance
• Prepare project status reports and presentations

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Architecture or Engineering
• Proven experience in municipal project management
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation
• Solid communication and organizational skills
• Valid Class “G” Driver’s Licence is mandatory
