In this role, you will work with the PII Analytics team on real-time fraud prevention and detection strategies. You are responsible for investigating third-party fraud cases and developing solutions to reduce risks effectively. Collaborating with various departments, your insights will guide impactful changes to our fraud policies and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage fraud detection projects with cross-functional teams
• Report and communicate key insights to leadership
• Design fraud detection workflows and improve existing processes
• Implement and analyze real-time fraud detection rules
• Develop customer-centric fraud policies to minimize friction
Requirements:
• 5+ years in payments, retail, or related fields impacting fraud
• Data analytical skills in SQL, Python, or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline or relevant experience
• Strong organizational and communication capabilities
• Ability to implement projects with minimal supervision
