St. Anthony’s Elementary School invites applications for a skilled Learning Resource Teacher certified in Orton-Gillingham literacy instruction. Ideally, candidates should have training in multi-sensory math strategies and possess a Special Education Certificate. You will be responsible for assessing students’ learning profiles, developing Individualized Education Plans, and promoting a supportive environment grounded in Catholic values.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized and small-group instruction in reading and math
• Conduct assessments to identify academic needs




• Create and implement tailored Individualized Education Plans
• Maintain communication with parents and teachers regarding student progress
• Support IEP documentation and attend relevant meetings

Requirements:
• Certified in Orton-Gillingham literacy instruction
• Trained in multi-sensory math approaches
• Special Education Certificate is a plus
• Excellent communication and conflict management abilities
