In this role, you will facilitate in office and remote support to ensure optimal operation of IT resources including desktops and video conferencing tools. The focus will be on diagnosing issues, executing configurations, and contributing to IT problem management processes. Your expertise in customer service is vital for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Address service requests and incidents efficiently
• Install and configure hardware/software for users
• Oversee desktop lifecycle management and IT inventory
• Collaborate with Service Desk for user support
• Assist in event setup for meeting facilities

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a tech-related field
• 1-3 years’ experience in technical support
• Proficiency in Windows-based environments
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Office365, and ITIL
• Excellent interpersonal and technical communication skills
