This role, reporting to the Talent Chief of Staff, involves maximizing efficiency within Talent workflows, including acquisition, development, and mobility. You'll collaborate with various departments, ensuring that AI capabilities are effectively integrated into processes. An integral duty is to measure value realization and drive improvements in candidate, employee, and stakeholder experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage Talent-wide process optimization and standardization
• Assess and redesign workflows for scalability and efficiency




• Translate business needs into actionable requirements
• Establish documentation standards for process workflows
• Define and track value-realization measures through metrics

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in process optimization or HR operations
• Proven experience driving end-to-end process initiatives
• Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
