In this role, you will support both the Canadian Depository for Securities and the Canadian Derivatives Clearing Corporation. You'll be instrumental in implementing the Third-Party Risk Management program ensuring it aligns with strategic objectives. Your efforts will involve continuous regulation monitoring, engaging with business units, and responding to non-financial risks through effective incident reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support implementation of TPRM across CDCC and CDS
• Guide business units on TPRM governance requirements
• Prepare reports on third-party risk profiles quarterly
• Collaborate on incident reporting processes and analysis
• Evaluate emerging risks impacting strategic objectives
Requirements:
• Proven experience in risk management or compliance roles
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and best practices
