We are looking for an experienced, client-focused insurance professional who enjoys building trusted relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping clients make confident decisions about protecting what matters most.

This is an in-office role within our agency, ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating with colleagues, supporting clients directly, and contributing to a positive team culture.
We believe strong collaboration, coaching, and client relationships are best supported through an engaged, team-oriented office environment.

This role is ideal for a Property & Casualty insurance professional who values consultative conversations, exceptional client service, and opportunities to expand into Life Insurance and Financial Services.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional client experience with every interaction.

Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and ongoing follow-up.

Schedule and conduct client appointments focused on insurance and financial services needs.

Generate qualified opportunities through referrals, networking, and proactive outreach.

Conduct proactive reviews with existing clients to ensure their insurance needs remain properly addressed.

Identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.

Support commercial insurance growth initiatives.

Qualifications
Required

Property & Casualty insurance experience and license.

Strong communication, relationship-building, and client service skills.





Ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Highly organized, proactive, and self-motivated.

Comfortable communicating with clients by phone, email, virtual meetings, and in person.

Ability and willingness to work full-time in our agency office.

Enjoy working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Preferred

Active P&C; insurance license.

Three or more years of insurance, sales, account management, or client relationship experience.

Commercial insurance experience an asset.

Fluency in English required; ability to communicate in French is highly valued. Multilingual capabilities are also appreciated.

Compensation & Perks
Base Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience, licensing, and qualifications.

Total Compensation Potential: $60,000 - $75,000+ annually, including performance-based incentives.
