We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vinyl Wrap, PPF (Paint Protection Film), or Tint Specialist to join our dynamic automotive customization team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming vehicles with high-quality vinyl wraps, protective films, and window tints that enhance aesthetics and safeguard the vehicle’s finish. Your expertise will help deliver exceptional results that exceed customer expectations, ensuring each vehicle looks flawless and stands out on the road.

Responsibilities

- Apply vinyl wraps, PPF, or window tint films accurately and efficiently to various vehicle surfaces, ensuring a seamless finish.
- Prepare vehicles by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas to ensure optimal adhesion of materials.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and install wraps or films with precision.
- Inspect finished work for quality control, making adjustments as needed to achieve a flawless appearance.
- Handle heavy lifting of vehicle parts or large rolls of film while maintaining safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace,



ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers about project progress and expectations.

Qualifications

- Prior experience in automotive vinyl wrapping, PPF installation, or tinting is highly preferred; dealership experience is a plus.
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to vehicle surfaces and repair techniques.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and other installation equipment.
- Ability to lift heavy materials or vehicle parts safely during installation processes.
- Basic understanding of automotive repair processes and attention to detail.
- Mechanic experience or familiarity with automotive systems is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent manual dexterity combined with a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality finishes.
