TekStaff's Client has a current vacancy for a Voice Engineer – Microsoft Teams & Amazon Connect

This is a 6 months contract located in North York OR Kitchener Ont/ Hybrid ( Primarily REMOTE: Candidates should be able to attend the office approximately once per month. Occasional travel may be required to the North York or Waterloo office based on business needs.)

Must-Have Requirements

Technical Skills

1. 2+ years of hands-on experience support ing Microsoft Teams Telephony, Enterprise telephony platforms, and AWS services, preferably Amazon Connect
2. Experience working with Toll-free numbers, Local/DID numbers, and Enterprise telephony concepts and call routing
3. Practical knowledge of Microsoft Teams Phone, including:

- Call queues
- Auto attendants
- User telephony provisioning
- Telephony troubleshooting
- Supporting telephony migrations

Working knowledge of Amazon Connect administration and support.
2. 3-5 years of experience designing, developing, or supporting cloud-based technology solutions.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

1. Advanced Amazon Connect Development

- Experience architecting Amazon Connect solutions.
- Development experience using:
- AWS Lambda
- Python
- Amazon Connect integrations and automation

1. Cloud, DevOps & Automation: Terraform, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Cloud automation practices
