Role Purpose
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the financial management and cost control of three residential projects at any one time. Positioned within a collaborative team, your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered within budget and to the highest standards. Your key objectives will include managing costs, negotiating contracts, and liaising with stakeholders to drive project success. Your contributions will directly impact the profitability and efficiency of the company’s developments, making you an integral part of the business.

Key Duties And Responsibilities





Prepare and manage project budgets

Conduct cost analysis and financial reporting

Negotiate contracts and manage procurement processes

Monitor project progress and control costs

Liaise with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Provide detailed financial advice and support to project teams

Manage risk and value management processes

Oversee project documentation and contractual records

Mentor and support junior team members

Skills And Experience

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the residential sector

Strong financial and commercial acumen

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Proficiency in cost management and contract administration

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

In-depth knowledge of construction processes and regulations

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
