Bethany Care Society is seeking a Manager for its RAI Program & Clinical Education in Calgary, Alberta. This position oversees competency governance, mandatory education systems, and the integration of RAI data. The Manager will lead Clinical Educators and RAI Assessors, collaborating closely with various departments to enhance resident safety and quality care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead annual clinical education strategy and planning
• Oversee competency frameworks and mandatory education requirements
• Ensure data integrity and assessment accuracy in the RAI-MDS system
• Directly supervise Clinical Educators and RAI Assessors
• Monitor compliance and implement quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in nursing
• Minimum 3 to 5 years in nursing management
• Experience with multi-site healthcare practices
• Strong organizational and writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
