As the Training and Development Lead, you’ll be responsible for elevating the standards of employee training within the CTO. By developing comprehensive training strategies and overseeing their implementation, you will help ensure that staff are well-equipped to meet operational demands. Your actions will support regulatory compliance and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement training delivery strategies
• Manage training needs assessments for teams
• Oversee the quality and effectiveness of training programs




• Report training metrics and effectiveness to leadership
• Engage with employees for feedback on training

Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Minimum 8 years of training program management
• 4 years directing facilitators or training teams
• Expertise in adult learning and instructional design
• Exceptional organizational and relationship-building skills
