Our financial services client is seeking a Expert Business Systems Analyst (10+ years) to support IBOR-related projects using global asset management and Agile delivery

Join a global asset management technology team supporting institutional execution initiatives within a multi-year transformation program. This role focuses on IBOR, portfolio management, trade lifecycle processes, and asset class analysis across equities, fixed income, FX, and money market instruments. The position bridges technology and business operations through requirements analysis, solution design, and implementation support in complex investment environments.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, Thursday and 4th Friday of the month

Must Haves

10+ years in Business Analysis , requirements gathering , SDLC , and Agile delivery environments

Global Asset Management , Wealth Management , or Capital Markets experience with trade lifecycle and system integration understanding

IBOR , portfolio management , and at least one asset class including equities , fixed income , FX , or money market instruments

SQL , Excel , test case creation, and collaboration with QA teams

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field

Nice to Have

Power BI

Databricks

Python or VBA

IBOR migration experience

MBA or related advanced degree

Responsibilities

Gather and document complex business requirements from business units and stakeholders

Design tactical and strategic solutions for global asset management initiatives

Translate business requirements to programmers and developers

Create test cases and support test execution activities with QA teams

Support complex business processes related to portfolio management and investment operations

Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver technical solutions





Lead project implementation activities as a subject matter expert
