As a vital part of the project team, the Project Safety Manager will implement Clark Builders' Corporate Safety Program and Site-Specific Safety Plan. You’ll be responsible for promoting a safety-oriented culture, guiding personnel on health, safety, and environment matters, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements during project execution. This position begins at the Edmonton office and moves to a project site near Fort Saskatchewan.

Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) protocols in office
• Manage and mentor direct reports, enhancing team performance




• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Assess and improve project HSE practices and safety standards
• Lead training initiatives on safety policies and procedures

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety or related field
• 7+ years of construction safety experience
• CRSP or CSP certification preferred
• Standard First Aid with AED certification required
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
