Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role involves monitoring accounts, reconciling payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction. With over 1 year of experience in customer service, you’ll utilize Microsoft Office and possibly SAP to assist with administrative and inventory control tasks. You will uphold Nutrien's culture of care and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor accounts receivable, payable, and credit limits
• Reconcile daily cheque and credit card payments
• Print required daily reports per company policy
• Maintain records of transactions and invoices
• Assist with inventory control and receiving shipments

Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
• Valid Canadian driver’s license required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous SAP experience is an asset
• Ability to comply with Nutrien’s safety standards
