This role provides P&L; leadership, portfolio margin analysis and commercial decision support to improve profitability and enable growth.



The Finance Manager will work closely with Marketing leadership to provide insights that guide strategic decisions, ensure profitability, and support growth initiatives. The ideal candidate combines strong financial expertise with a commercial mindset and thrives in a quick-paced, collaborative environment.What You Will DoAct as the primary finance partner to Product and Marketing Business Unit leadership, providing financial guidance to support strategic and operational decisionsManage and monitor product category P&L; performance, explain key drivers and variances, and identify opportunities to improve sales, margin and profitabilityEvaluate marketing program effectiveness and ROI, providing insights and recommendations to optimize investmentsContribute to long-range financial planning, forecasting and scenario analysis to support business decision-makingSupport product pricing, portfolio mix optimization, and product lifecycle management (new product launches, discontinuations, portfolio prioritization)Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting, including variance analysis and commentaryTranslate financial data into actionable recommendations for commercial teamsIdentify and implement process improvements across finance and marketing functionsDeliver timely ad hoc analysis to support key business decisionsWho You AreStrategic and analytical thinker with strong business acumenHighly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilitiesStrong communicator who can translate complex financial information into clear business insights,
