As an Equipment Quality Specialist, you will support Ryder’s operations by ensuring that all trucks are well-maintained and ready for delivery. Knowledge of mechanical systems and a customer-oriented attitude are crucial. This role involves exercising equipment, performing light repairs, and managing yard organization to keep a professional appearance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess trucks for operational readiness
• Guarantee equipment is ready for delivery to customers
• Keep the yard well organized and presentable
• Conduct minor mechanical work,



troubleshooting as needed
• Report weekly equipment exercise results

Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• At least one year of mechanical and/or customer service experience
• Expertise in truck and trailer mechanics
• Must hold a valid Driver’s License
• CDL preferred or willingness to secure one
