This position blends organizational skills with safety expertise, ensuring adherence to Alberta health and safety regulations. You will play a key role in conducting inspections, managing documentation, and facilitating effective employee training.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and improve safety policies and practices
• Conduct compliance inspections and hazard assessments
• Coordinate safety training and meetings for staff




• Investigate workplace incidents and determine corrective actions
• Manage safety documentation and reporting systems

Requirements:
• National Construction Safety Officer designation preferred
• Experience with ACSA program management
• Competent with SiteDocs or similar safety-management systems
• Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver’s Licence required
• First Aid with CPR/AED certification mandatory
