In this role, you will assist clients primarily with Microsoft systems and cloud services while working collaboratively with an experienced team. Your ability to communicate effectively and troubleshoot issues will significantly contribute to client satisfaction and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
• Configure and deploy business-class technology solutions
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues




• Recommend appropriate technology solutions for clients
• Document all support actions clearly and thoroughly
• Collaborate on delivering IT project solutions

Requirements:
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Exchange/365
• Knowledge of Remote Desktop Services
• Background in advanced firewalls and cloud technologies
• Robust communication and problem-solving skills
• Certifications or relevant education is advantageous
