Become Beacon’s first security engineer and set the enterprise security strategy from the ground up. Your mission: to establish robust defenses in corporate and cloud environments through proactive automation.
This position offers the unique opportunity to lead the security initiatives at Beacon. You will focus on preventing and responding to emerging threats while building a scalable security architecture. With a hands-on approach, you will drive automation efforts, eliminating repetitive work and refining processes for better efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and tune detection strategies for cloud and corporate threats
• Drive readiness and response in security incidents
• Shape the endpoint security stack and tools roadmap
• Implement identity and access security standards
• Conduct comprehensive vendor security assessments for tools
Requirements:
• Proven background in security engineering at a larger company
• Deep expertise in threat modeling and secure design
• Capacity to build new tools and automation from scratch
• Solid independent decision-making skills
• Proven ability to adapt in ambiguous environments
