We're looking for a dedicated Personal Support Worker to assist residents according to their care plans. In this role, you will observe, report findings, and participate in documenting care processes. You will also engage in ongoing training and help onboard recent staff while adhering to strict infection control policies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Observe and report changes in resident care
• Assist with documentation of care as directed
• Participate in staff education and meetings
• Support the onboarding process for new teammates
• Adhere to IPAC standards for safety

Requirements:
• Completion of Personal Support Worker Certificate/Diploma Program
• Familiarity with vocational standards set by relevant organizations
• Understanding of basic treatment and sanitation
• Commitment to enhancing resident quality of life
• Knowledge of geriatric residents’ needs
