As a temporary float Health Care Aide, you will engage with residents, ensuring their personal comfort and safety through everyday care tasks. Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate bathing and personal care for residents
• Assist with resident transfers using secure practices
• Help with meal service based on dietary guidelines
• Guide residents to activities within the facility
• Consistently wear transfer belts to ensure safety

Requirements:
• 1+ year experience in a care environment preferred
• Valid Personal Care Aide certification
• Must be registered with Alberta's health profession bodies
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
• Educational background in health care is a bonus
