Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
• Resolve inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
• Recommend products and services based on customer needs
• Supply accurate pricing and inventory information




• Enter and process customer orders accurately in the system

Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar customer service role
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Exceptional time management and multitasking skills
• Valid Driver’s License and current driver’s abstract required
• Initiative-driven individual with a positive attitude
