Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and sanitize equipment for compounding processes

Requirements:
• 1-2 years of technical training or equivalent experience
• Preferred education in scientific discipline or extensive practical experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts
• Capable of performing physical tasks as needed
