You will be responsible for calculating long-term disability perks and interpreting the relevant contractual terms. Attention to detail and strong communication will help you resolve inquiries effectively and maintain client satisfaction while managing financial aspects of claims.

Key Responsibilities:
• Complete initial benefit calculations for new claims
• Issue long-term disability payments accurately
• Handle under/overpayment calculations and adjustments
• Explain calculations and tax-related queries to clients




• Assess medical updates for ongoing claims management

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in finance or related field
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Effective oral and written communication proficiency
• Ability to work both independently and part of a team
• Reliability Status Security Clearance is a must
