In this pivotal full-time role, you will report to the Clinical Director and directly impact patient care quality. Ideal candidates possess extensive experience in ophthalmology and managerial roles, leading teams to achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the launch and daily management of the ophthalmology program
• Cultivate a motivated and high-performing perioperative team
• Develop partnerships to enhance surgical program integration




• Implement innovative and productive care delivery models
• Manage quality improvement initiatives and fiscal responsibilities

Requirements:
• Preferably a Master’s in Nursing or Healthcare Administration
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 5+ years in a perioperative setting
• Demonstrated managerial success in fast-paced environments
• Strong skills in problem-solving and decision-making
