Deliver exceptional service as a Night Auditor at The Robson in Jasper. This position combines accounting duties with providing a warm guest experience from 11 PM to 7 AM.

Reporting to the Front Desk Manager, this role requires strong English communication skills and attention to detail. You will register guests, manage check-outs, and resolve minor complaints while working independently most of the night. Your ability to process billing accurately and perform tasks efficiently will be key to guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide friendly, customer-oriented service at the front desk
• Register and check out arriving guests promptly
• Give information on hotel amenities and local attractions
• Process reservations and handle telephone inquiries
• Verify account entries and resolve discrepancies

Requirements:
• Experience in hospitality is an asset
• Strong written and verbal English communication
• Attention to detail and positive judgement
• Prior experience with cash transactions
• Must have a valid work permit for Canada
