As Scheduler 2, you will utilize various software applications to coordinate and schedule health care services based on referrals and care plans. This casual position focuses on patient and staff safety within the community setting. Two years of related experience and educational qualifications are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Schedule health care services based on community needs
• Prepare and adjust schedules for healthcare staff
• Provide scheduling guidance to team members




• Use technology to manage scheduling processes
• Ensure adherence to health service agreements

Requirements:
• Grade 12 education plus an Office Administration Certificate
• Two years of relevant experience in scheduling
• Effective communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to use office scheduling software proficiently
