Become a vital part of Breakthrough T1D as a National Bilingual Fundraising Assistant. Support national fundraising efforts while providing exceptional bilingual customer service across Canada.

In this role, you will engage with constituents in both French and English, offering crucial support via various communication channels. As a relationship-driven skilled, you will conduct recruitment calls and maintain accurate records while ensuring a seamless fundraising experience. This remote position allows you to work collaboratively with team members nationwide to break barriers in the fight against type 1 diabetes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary French-language customer service representative
• Handle inquiries through phone, email, and the website
• Conduct engagement calls for registration and fundraising activities




• Maintain and update CRM constituent records
• Generate and distribute fundraising reports for regional teams

Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English, strong communication skills
• 1-2 years in customer service or fundraising support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM databases
• Excellent organizational and data entry abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
