In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating machines, troubleshooting processes, and ensuring product integrity. Your precision and attention to detail will contribute to our high standards during the production of polymer bags and sealant containers.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate operation of production machinery
• Troubleshoot and control startup and shutdown of equipment
• Maintain production batch records and ensure quality
• Bag, palletize, and depalletize raw materials
• Keep work areas clean and comply with safety protocols

Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Capable of manual labor, lifting up to 50 lbs
• Previous mixer/batcher experience is advantageous
• Team-oriented and self-motivated
• English language proficiency is an asset
