Perform fundamentalauto maintenance and care procedures like fluid level checks,tire rotations, and oil changes.
Brake pads, wheelbearings, sensors, and other components can be repaired andreplaced.
Conduct standardupkeep and general mechanical work onvehicles.
Ready to acquireadditional certification if necessary.

Ensure that therepair shop is organized andclean.
Requirements
Experiencerepairing cars and engines or auto mechanic educationis required.
Required are ASEcertifications.
Possess an activedriver's license.
Completed anassociate's degree program in auto repair andmaintenance.
Possess the abilityto conduct oneself professionally and offer helpfulcustomer service.
To keep accuraterecords, one must read, interpret, and transcribedata.
Carry out regularupkeep and other tasks in a hurriedsetting.
May lift up to 50 lb.of weight in objects.
Requires a highschool diploma or itsequivalent.
Lube technicianexperience, or be willing to undergo on-the-jobtraining.
Knowledge of car airconditioning systems.
Possibility of usingthe diagnostic tools.
Diesel engineknowledge, heavy equipment experience, diesel mechanicexperience, or the willingness to undergo on-the-jobtraining.
Valuable hand-eyecoordination.

Full time

30 to 40 hours perweek

Salary: $29.15 - $40.00 per hour
