Requirements:
• Degree in Telecommunications or Information Technology
• 5+ years in enterprise telecommunications support
• Strong experience with RingCentral UCaaS and Contact Center
• Proficiency in VoIP and telecommunications protocols
• Exceptional troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills
