• Address inquiries via the Concierge phone line
• Manage after-hours package pickup effectively
• Assist in on- and off-site resident events
• Provide information about the community and surrounding area

Requirements:
• High School diploma or GED completion
• 2+ years in upscale customer service roles
• Flexibility for evening and weekend shifts
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
