Reporting to the Director of EH&S; for the Americas, you’ll have a significant impact on workplace safety by implementing corporate policies and leading sustainability programs. Your role includes conducting training, overseeing safety inspections, and managing the EH&S; budget to maintain regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and develop corporate EHS policies
• Lead safety training sessions for employees
• Interact with regulatory agencies for compliance needs
• Chair monthly Safety Committee meetings
• Implement effective incident investigations and actions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental field or related
• 8+ years of relevant EH&S; experience
• Knowledge of manufacturing EHS regulations
• Training in environmental regulations preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
