Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure effective operations of water and wastewater facilities

• Prepare and manage operational and capital budgets




• Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements
• Plan and coordinate emergency responses for service disruptions

Requirements:
• 5+ years of management experience, preferably in a unionized setting
• Relevant post-secondary education in engineering or related field
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bilingual in English and French
• Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
