Our client is a high-growth health-tech company delivering personalized, technology-enabled care through e-commerce, telehealth, clinical decision support, and analytics.

They are seeking a hands-on VP Finance to help lead the business from Series A toward Series B readiness while building the financial discipline, visibility, and infrastructure required to scale.

The role

Reporting to the CEO, the VP Finance will be a strategic financial leader and operating partner to the executive team. You will own finance end-to-end, support investor readiness, and translate commercial and operational complexity into clear, actionable financial decisions.

Key responsibilities

- Lead FP&A;, including budgeting, rolling forecasts, scenario modelling, KPI reporting, and long-term financial planning
- Improve business performance through stronger profitability analysis, cash efficiency, liquidity visibility, and runway management
- Lead fundraising readiness, including financial documentation, investor diligence, data rooms, financing support, and Board/investor reporting




- Partner with the CEO and leadership team on growth strategy, resource allocation, investment decisions, pricing, and operational planning
- Own core finance operations: accounting, close, reporting, AP/AR, payroll, revenue recognition, tax, compliance, and financial controls
- Build scalable finance systems, processes, automation, governance, and team capability

What you bring

- CPA designation required, with 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting leadership experience
- Experience in a high-growth, scaling, or entrepreneurial organization
- Robust FP&A;, forecasting, cash management, controls, and finance-function buildout experience
- Fundraising, financing transaction, investor-diligence, data-room, and Board-reporting experience
- Experience working directly with CEOs, executive teams, investors, and external advisors
- Consumer health, digital health, or healthcare experience required
- Pharmacy, Consumer Health B2C, Enterprise Health B2B2C, SaaS, or cross-border finance experience is an asset
