This isn’t an office-first executive role. You’ll be in our gyms, working alongside our teams, understanding our customers, challenging how we operate and turning ideas into action. Sales and customer growth Performance across our locations Personal Training and current fitness products Have experience leading people and driving business results Understand sales and what makes customers buy Connect naturally with younger teams and customers Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail or another customer-driven business would be valuable. 120,000 CAD base, plus performance-based compensation tied to revenue and profitability, with long-term upside aligned with company growth.
