DESCRIPTION

- Assist in preparation of buffet and tables

- Greeting and seating guests

- Explaining the various dishes on the menu and buffet

- Taking the guests order in a timely manner and ensuring satisfaction throughout the meal

- Entering the order in the POS system

- Present the bill and take payment

- Answer the phone in a courteous, professional and pleasant manner

- Take the room service orders, prepare and deliver

- Serve banquets

- Close cash and make deposit

- Follow procedures and policies of the hotel

REQUIREMENTS

- Available mornings and weekends

- Knowledge of electronic cash systems (POS)

- Excellent customer service skills

- Bilingualism

- Ability to effectively communicate with guests and co-workers

- Be a team player

- Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Must be dependable, reliable and versatile

- Minimum one year in a similar position with breakfast service experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.60-$18.16 per hour
