Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Waitress/Waiter to join our vibrant food service team! Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability for all payments
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in dining areas, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure proper food preparation and timely delivery to guests
- Manage guest inquiries or concerns promptly,

Qualifications

- Prior food service or restaurant experience preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
- Solid customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is desirable
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures required for maintaining hygiene standards
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while multitasking efficiently
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and order calculations
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members
- Previous experience in serving or hospitality roles is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
