Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating arrangements to ensure a comfortable dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS, ensuring timely communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards by adhering to proper food handling, preparation, and sanitation protocols
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction
