CTRC seeks a dedicated Supported Group Living Counsellor for its Bonaventure and Philip residences. This part time role includes collaboration with a team of professionals, including Assistant Counsellors, Nurses, and Client Support Workers. Your primary focus will be to provide assistance in daily living, social interactions, and personal care aspects for individuals in a supportive living environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist individuals with daily living activities
• Support recreational and leisure activities
• Facilitate interpersonal interactions and personal care
• Collaborate with healthcare and support team members
• Report directly to the Supported Group Living Supervisor
Requirements:
• Developmental Service Worker Diploma required
• Current Standard First Aid and CPR certification
• Valid G class driver's license needed
• Bilingualism is beneficial
• Willingness to obtain CPI certification
