As a Circle Facilitator reporting to the Director of Child and Family Well-Being, you will conduct circles and facilitate discussions in line with Moose Cree policies. This role emphasizes collaboration with the Cultural Services Supervisor and community stakeholders to ensure culturally sensitive mediation practices. Your work will adhere to necessary legislative standards to protect the interests of children and families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate circles to support conflict resolution
• Ensure compliance with child family services policies




• Refer cases to alternative dispute resolution as needed
• Engage collaboratively with stakeholders and families
• Incorporate Indigenous cultural values in mediation

Requirements:
• Diploma in Social Services or BSW required
• Experience with Circle Facilitation processes
• In-depth knowledge of child welfare legislation
• Understanding of Indigenous family dynamics
• Valid Ontario Class G1 license and vulnerability clearance

Facilitate meaningful discussions and support children and families while honoring their cultural heritage.
