Under the supervision of the Line Leader or Production Supervisor, the Production Technician will be pivotal in overseeing product consistency through regular assessments and compliance checks. You'll also be involved in training staff and implementing improvements that enhance production processes and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and evaluate employees on job functions

Requirements:
