At YMCA of Northern Alberta, we invite passionate Educators to apply for this essential role supporting children 0-12 years old. You will implement curricula that encourages emotional, physical, and cognitive growth. Daily tasks include observing development, mentoring new staff, and fostering relationships with families. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engaging YMCA-approved educational programs
• Observe and document children’s progress and behaviors




• Create a stimulating and protected learning environment
• Foster communication with parents about child development
• Assist and mentor new educators as needed

Requirements:
• Preferably prior experience working with children
• Level 2 Child Care Certification or in progress
• Standard First Aid & CPR – C required
• Must pass a Police Information Check
• Familiarity with tablets and MS Office preferred
