Your responsibilities include performing delegated tasks, supporting patients with daily living activities, and documenting care according to hospital policy. A focus on communication and safety is essential for maintaining a stable environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist patients with daily living activities like bathing and feeding
• Perform tasks delegated by registered nurses or practitioners
• Communicate according to the patient’s care plan




• Report unsafe conditions and patient changes promptly
• Maintain patient records and progress notes in compliance

Requirements:
• Registration with HSCPOA and BCLS certification
• Experience in acute care or rehabilitation preferred
• Ability to perform moderate physical activity
• Attendance record must meet UHN standards
• Behavioral management training is an asset
