This permanent position on the People & Culture team is focused on leveraging Workday's capabilities for HR reporting and analytics. The specialist will collaborate with business leaders and process owners to facilitate a data-driven culture, impacting various HR programs across locations in Ottawa, Montreal, or Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements
• Develop and deploy Workday reports for key modules




• Streamline and consolidate existing reporting processes
• Troubleshoot data quality and performance issues

Requirements:
• Experience in Human Resources, especially reporting and analytics
• Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Cutting-edge thinking with analytical problem-solving abilities
• Bilingual in French and English is a plus
