As part of our Demand team, you'll act as the technical operational contact for clients, ensuring correct setup and execution of ad campaigns. Your role requires strong communication skills while resolving issues and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build relationships with operational teams of assigned accounts
• Offer consultative support for various TripleLift formats
• Ensure campaign delivery and performance monitoring
• Troubleshoot creative setup and technical issues
• Present data and technical explanations to clients

Requirements:
• 3 years’ experience in ad operations or trading
• Experience with various DSPs required
• Excellent attention to detail and multitasking ability
• Robust client-facing communication skills
• Willingness to learn SQL is a plus
