As a Run to Standard Engineer at Pollard Banknote, you will play a critical role in developing manufacturing standards and machine parameters. This position requires robust collaboration with R&D; and production teams, with a focus on process improvement and data reliability. You'll perform audits and provide training to ensure compliance with established standards while contributing to product development efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain production standards and testing procedures
• Collaborate with R&D; for trial phases and new projects
• Manage and analyze the MIS OEE database
• Conduct audits to ensure standards adherence
• Support training needs analysis for line personnel
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering
• Minimum 2 years in a similar manufacturing role
• Robust skills in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation
• Familiarity with printing and converting processes
• Willingness to travel within Canada and USA
