With a commitment to quality, this 35-hour per week role focuses on delivering tailored services in client-funded programs. As part of ConnectWell’s Developmental Services Team, you will assist children and youth facing behavioral and mental health challenges through techniques like parent coaching and Intensive Behavioural Intervention. Collaborative work with other specialists ensures comprehensive client care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality support to clients in need
• Carry out consultations and specialized workshops
• Educate parents through targeted coaching




• Work alongside a multidisciplinary professional team
• Develop personalized and group-based service plans

Requirements:
• Human Services degree or diploma required
• Graduate Certificate in Autism and Behavioural Sciences preferred
• Proven experience with children/youth with ASD
• Solid background in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)
• Team-oriented approach with health care professionals
