In this role, you will perform patient assessments, administer medications, and operate within the full scope of your practice as per BCCNM guidelines. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct patient assessments and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Administer oral, subcutaneous, and intramuscular medications
• Follow organizational policies and BCCNM standards of practice




• Provide personal and nursing care tailored to client needs
• Work shifts including days and nights, rotating between 07:00 and 19:00 hours

Requirements:
• Relevant LPN certification and registration with BCCNM
